Daniel-Jan Girl, President of the Berlin Chamber of Commerce and Industry:

“I am delighted by the trust placed in me by the General Assembly, and it is a great honor for me to hold this office. After 17 years in the General Assembly and four years as a member of the Executive Board, this candidacy was the logical step. I want to further develop the strengths of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry and bring it closer to its members. This also involves the meaningful networking of different competencies from old and new, in order to jointly take a strong position towards the House of Representatives. I thank the former Vice President Tobias Weber for a fair election campaign.”
